As Founder and Head of School, he has continued to teach the Lower and Upper Elementary Program growing and guiding the school while adding many enriching and authentic extracurricular activities to broaden the scope of Montessori education including the Adolescent "Erdkinder" Program. Matt has attended numerous Montessori educational, leadership and spiritual conferences as well as workshops and retreats. He has participated in and been a leader at the annual MMUN in New York, NY for many years. He considers himself fortunate to have participated in and then become the first graduating cohort of Whole School Leadership directed and led by Kathy Minardi. Matt graduated with a degree in Psychology and Philosophy from the University of Scranton. He received his AMI Elementary Training from the Washington Montessori Institute in Columbia, MD. He holds his Master’s in Education with a concentration in the Montessori Philosophy of Education from Loyola University in Baltimore, MD. Description text goes here
